What is a Guest Bartending Event?
Volunteer-Driven – You recruit the guest bartenders, we supply the bar and the space.
Held at Sovana or The Pear – Events can be hosted on Tuesdays or Sundays at Sovana, and Sundays at The Pear.
Digital-First – Most donations happen online, averaging $65 per donor through bartender links.
No Overhead – There’s zero cost to your organization or to the restaurant.
Up to 18 Guest Bartenders – Get your most social, energetic supporters behind the bar.
Personal Fundraising – Each bartender taps into their network to raise funds and bring people out.
Leaderboard-Driven – Watch donations roll in as bartenders compete for the top fundraising spot!
How to Make It a Success:
Recruit 10–18 enthusiastic Guest Bartenders from your community.
Have each bartender invite 15–20+ guests personally via text, email, or DMs.
Promote your event on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email.
Encourage your supporters to reshare ForkUp-provided social posts weekly.
